Terms of Service

The service

Tarrow is an AI assistant in early access. It can make mistakes: verify important information (dates, prices, medical, legal or financial matters) before relying on it. Tarrow prepares actions such as drafts and calendar events; you decide whether to use them.

AI output

Tarrow's replies are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Tarrow is not a doctor, lawyer, therapist or financial advisor; talk to a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas. If you're in crisis or danger, contact local emergency services (in the US, call or text 988).

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what you ask Tarrow to do. Don't use Tarrow for anything illegal, harmful, or to harass others. You must be at least 16. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Plans and subscriptions

Tarrow has a free plan with daily limits and a paid plan, Tarrow Pro, at $20 per month or $100 per year (prices in the App Store and Google Play are shown in your local currency and may include tax). Pro unlocks higher daily limits, Deep and Marathon modes and more routines.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Purchases made in the iOS app are billed to your Apple Account and can be managed or canceled in your App Store account settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid renewal. Purchases made in the Android app are billed through Google Play and managed in Google Play subscriptions. Purchases made on the web are billed by Stripe and can be canceled anytime from Settings → Manage subscription.

When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Limits

Usage is limited per day depending on your plan. Features may change while Tarrow is in early access.

No warranty

Tarrow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
